About Mike
Mike’s knowledge and coaching experience are both supplemented by his goal settings and motivation and his enthusiastic and friendly ‘round the clock attitude’. He is in constant contact with clients outside of their gym time, ensuring that motivational levels remain high and goals that have been set, whether weight loss or toning are achieved.

Mike has also undergone training as a swimming instructor and is one of a handful of fitness experts to have trained as an Extreme Kettle Bell Instructor (Optimal Life Fitness). Kettle Bells were used by the Greeks and Gladiators over 2000 years ago and in more recent times by Liverpool Football Club to improve strength, stamina, muscular endurance and core stability. It is with this wide array of techniques that Mike is not only able to guarantee you meet your desired goal, but that you also enjoy the experience in the process.
