The Right and The Wrong Way to Train

How to know if you're headed in the wrong direction

  • You don't have a plan
  • You do the same thing every time you go to the gym
  • The volume and intensity are always the same
  • You have followed the same plan for more than a month
  • Your technique varies depending on the difficulty

Any of the above will kill your results. If any of them apply to you, it is time to have a sit down and rethink your training.

How to know when you're getting it right

  • Every workout is planned and completed
  • Every workout is progressive and consistent
  • You write down every detail of your workout
  • Your technique is flawless
  • Your body changes noticeably every week

A great body is not easy to achieve. Only a very small percentage of the people that join the gym will get what they want, but you can succeed with the minority if you remain focused and keep learning.
