Meetings and Programmes

Personal Training is very effective, but definitely not for everyone!

Reasons you may not want a personal trainer:

  • I just can't afford it (There are other options).
  • i'm not ready to change my lifestyle/diet.
  • I prefer to train alone.

If this is you, I am not going to try to convince you to have personal training as I don't believe personal training would suit you.


What other options are there?

 

Meetings

I have recently been thinking of a way to help those people who want a result but just can't afford personal training. If there is enough interest I will set a time in the evening (most likely once a week) to mentor people through their training. They will get the same help as I would give my clients, but they will just be doing the training part in their own time.

 

What will these meetings consist of?

Programmes
Fitness Programmes will be given out every month and will be explained and demonstrated by me. I will also be available to be contacted during the week for any help needed.

Weighing and Measuring
Weighing and measuring will be done every week, but this is just an option. If you would prefer to measure yourself at home that is also fine... I can just check your records for you.

Deitry and lifestyle advice
I will explain to you the ins and outs of eating and discuss with you why certain changes may be necessary. I will also require you to keep a food diary and I will check it each week.

Question Time
Toward the end of the meeting there will be a time when you can ask me any questions and I will do my best to answer them for you.

Programmes

Programmes are available for those of you who already have a decent level of experience and would just like some well written programmes to follow. These are also a good option if you don't live near leicester or can't make the meetings.

Prices will vary depending on what the programme is for and the duration of the programme.

Programme types:

  • 1 month (Strength/Growth/Fat loss)
  • 3 months (Periodised)
  • 6 months (Periodised)
  • 12 months (Periodised)
  • Custom
